General Responsibilities

 

• Daily recording in the accounts of primary and secondary documents in accordance with current legislation.

• Involvement in the month and year-end closing process (closing transactions, reconciliations, analyses).

• Ensure accuracy of daily accounting transactions, including correct classification of SAP account and cost center.

• Collect and organize related documents for processed transactions.

• Use accounting expertise to identify and communicate issues.

• Processing and reconciling bank statements for the EUR bank account

• Preparing bank payment files

• Prepare monthly/annual tax & statistical reports

• Perform monthly reconciliation with suppliers and customers

• Perform payroll calculation

• Perform reporting according to Group requirements

• Follow and apply internal controls and compliance policies according to Group requirements

• Perform any additional tasks directly and indirectly related to the position assigned by management representatives.

• Participate with the Chief Accountant in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.

• Monthly monitoring of inventory items and fixed assets.

• Active participation in the annual inventory of fixed assets and inventory items.

• Participation in cost analysis and preparation of budget and forecasts.

• Knowledge of the legislation and financial accounting rules in force

 

Job Requirements

 

• Higher education in economics/accountancy, CECCAR Certification

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of English at an advanced level (written, spoken).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office at an advanced level.

• Experience in SAP/ERP is an advantage.

• Results oriented.

• Analysis and synthesis skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a international team.
