Director of Client Experience

Joining a clinic with its own unique identity is like a cross-country car ride with your ears flapping in the breeze. Veterinary Surgical Center is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Director of Client Experience to our team. This role will be based out of either our Vienna or Leesburg locations, with expectations of presence at both.

Director of Client Experience 

Veterinary Surgical Center in Leesburg and Vienna, VA

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

• Lead, manage and hold accountable to create a strong client experience team that values the medicine we do  
• Train team to embody excellent client experience including RDVMs 
• Understand and manage financial aspects of client transactions and empower the team to relay the value in our medicine 
• Develop a rapport with Referring Hospitals (DVMs and leadership)  
• Manage digital referral and accounting services 
• Be an active member of the VSC leadership team

REQUIREMENTS   

• 3 years of experience in an emergency veterinary hospital required 
• Prior supervisory and training experience highly desired 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
