  Position Overview: The Contents Project Manager oversees the management, documentation, process improvements, and stakeholder relationships throughout the personal property and technical cleaning process to inventory, estimate, and restore personal property to pre-loss condition. This person works closely with Estimators, Pack-out Coordinators, Project Managers, and Technicians to ensure the work is done at the highest level and is responsible for communicating effectively with Adjusters and Customers to deliver on our Service/Performance Standards and Brand Promise.    Employee Benefits:

  Responsibilities:  Project Management:  
  • Execute emergency response protocol including conducting risk assessments, setting customer expectations, implementing loss mitigation measures, and addressing priority return items.  
  • Establish customer expectations regarding schedule, project, and payment  
  • Work with homeowners to sort and evaluate contents loss, cleaning credit, and pack-out inventories 
  • Secure Disposal Authorizations and oversee loss disposal 
  • Identify and oversee special handling/processing requirements on unique and high value items 
  • Set standards for high quality workmanship and assist in worker development and performance through daily onsite management and scheduling of PDR and subcontractor crews. 
  • Uphold job site cleanliness, professional appearance, safety policies, staging, and site preparation. 
  • Organize and store all documents related to the project using appropriate software including photography, work authorizations, notes, compliance tasks, and certificates of satisfaction. 
Estimating, Budgeting and Collections:
  • Prepare and negotiate accurate estimates, supplements, change orders, and subcontracts with adjusters.  
  • Preserve profitability by creating and monitoring project budgets & providing regular updates to production staff.  
  • Review closed job costs, document variances, losses, and other damages.  
  • Invoice according to contract terms and obtain progress payments throughout the project.
