Position Overview
We're looking for an Advisor, Data Analytics e a key member of our measurement team. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting large datasets to inform and optimize our communications and marketing strategies. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our efforts are data-driven and effectively contribute to our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and manage data from various sources, including web analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to measure the performance of communications and marketing campaigns, identifying key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.
Strategic Insights: Partner with our team to provide data-driven recommendations that inform future content strategy, channel selection, and audience targeting.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making.
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data used for analysis and reporting.
Data Governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust data governance framework that promotes data quality, accessibility, and ethical use.
