THE JOB:

Are you an experienced food service professional ready to create unforgettable guest experiences? As a Fountain Worker, you’ll set the stage with your friendly smile and top-notch service, ensuring every guest's needs are met and transforming their visit into lasting memories. If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

THE STARTING RATE:  $17.30 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Efficiently take and serve orders for food and drinks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guest preferences.

• Collect payments following proper cash handling and comp procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both front and back of house, including clearing tables and sweeping dining areas.

• Pack orders with necessary condiments and label products according to safety and sanitation procedures.

• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.

• Unload and stock warehouse orders, ensuring organization and replenishment of supplies.

• Resolve guest complaints within your authority and report any unusual events to management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or GED

• Able and willing to work 8-hour shifts any time between 6am-2:45am including weekends and holidays

• One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant is preferred
