Mentors Product Trainers and facilitates the development of high potential sales representatives for future training roles. Will lead the commercial training function and team.

Position Location:
This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.
Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of
their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference
will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
Major accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Managing 2 team members
Lead the development and execution of the Product, Clinical, and Skills Training Curriculum for assigned brand(s) and /or key product launches.
Collaborate with HQ Training, external vendors /SMEs, and key BU functions (eg., Sales, Marketing, Medical HR) in the development of training materials that reflect the needs of the brand and evolving market landscape and legal /regulatory requirements.
Ensure curriculum is designed to accommodate progressive learning from fundamental through thought leader.
Conduct on-going needs analysis (customer feedback, field interactions, SMEs, etc) and leverage results to make recommendations, inform, and adjust training strategy and curriculum as needed.
Ensure quality delivery of training by partnering with Marketing, Sales, MDs and FLMs to develop and pull through the training strategy in the field using a variety of tactics (live and virtual facilitation, Train the Trainers, Peer-based teaching, etc) and technologies.
Lead development of National Sales Meeting presentations/ resources and execute in conjunction with the Brand teams.
Ensure materials are up to date and MAP approved per Sandoz policy.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
7 years+ Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business
2+ training experience preferred
Proven experience managing people
Travel Requirements: Up to 3-5x/year for national sales meetings and Plan of Action meetings

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $152,600 – 218,000 – 283,400 USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
