You will play a crucial role in ensuring secure, reliable, and standardized workstation and mobile device environments that enable users to perform critical mission tasks without interruption.</div><ul><li>Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of personal computers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment to maintain high system availability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with other IT professionals and stakeholders to coordinate efforts, resolve cross-team issues, and support classified, unclassified, and special communications networks.</li><li>Drive the deployment and maintenance of standardized desktop and mobile configurations, including operating systems, patches, and COTS/GOTS applications, to meet customer and security requirements.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to test, build, and deploy images and mobile solutions based on customer needs.</li><li>Act as an interface between internal and external customers, including requesting vendor hardware quotes and resolving incidents to support end-user productivity.</li></ul><p></p><p>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED</p><div>Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT.
