You’ll act as a talent advisor, not an order-taker—shaping role profiles, influencing hiring decisions, and building pipelines that scale with the business. You’ll partner with driven sales leaders, operate with urgency and accountability, and help raise the bar for what “great” looks like across our sales organization.
