Description
As a Key Account Intern, you will support our Applications Lead in day-to-day key account operations. Your practical tasks will include preparing material (slides, notes) for client meetings, note-taking and summarizing, handling follow-ups, and maintaining the CRM. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in technical customer-facing operations.

What will you do
- Take ownership of day-to-day key account operations, including meeting preparation and follow-ups, CRM updates, and organizing client documentation.
- Support the Applications Lead in maintaining high-quality customer interactions through structured note-taking, task tracking, and proactive communication.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by managing tasks such as purchase order submissions, formatting technical sales decks, and ensuring internal tools are up to date.
What is expected of you
- Ability to work full-time on-site in our Munich office for 4-6 months
- Currently pursuing, or recently finished a Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. Or a technical business degree with a strong interest in sales and customer operations
- You are detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where structure is still being built
- You are organized, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative- whether that’s formatting, following-up, or improving internal workflows
- You are collaborative, humble, and eager to learn how technical innovation translates into real customer value
