The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our IT PMO team and lead various programs focusing on our data analytics, IT applications and business transformation initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives decisions, and ensures seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, a deep knowledge of customer data management initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. 

How you’ll contribute

• Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution and delivery of our data analytics, IT applications, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution. Develop program plans and roadmaps that align with strategic and business objectives and demonstrate best practices to successfully execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Strategic Alignment: Align programs and projects with organizational and business goals to maximize impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business teams, development teams, and third-party consultants, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the program lifecycle.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Lead training sessions and provide support as needed to users to maximize system utilization.
• Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure program needs are met. Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to address them. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to minimize disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all program deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct program reviews and post-implementation evaluations to assess project success and gather lessons learned.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and explore trends to identify opportunities for enhancements.  
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders. Track program KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on driving data and Salesforce initiatives.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive program success.
• Change Management: Experience with change management practices and user adoption strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Critical Thinking Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PM Methodologies & Tools: Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and PM tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)
• Experience in customer data management, data governance/analytics and data integration practices.
