Sr. Information Security Engineer - Full Time

Salary Range: $67.58 - $91.23 

Position Summary:

Senior technical level position responsible for all domains of the information security relative to the supporting information technology infrastructure of the WeCare (Epic) electronic health record system.

Evaluates, builds, tests, operates and supports a wide variety of enterprise level information security systems and tools. Develops technical security standards and drives implementation of them within the organization. Monitors and reports on compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements and security standards. Assesses security and identifies vulnerabilities within the infrastructure, coordinating risk assessments and remediation. 

In addition to performing the essential functions listed, may also be assigned other duties as required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required, master's preferred
• CISSP certification preferred, or equivalent broad security knowledge
• ITIL certification preferred

Experience:

• Must have broad understanding of information security, demonstrated by 8+ years of experience (best practices, ISO 27000, NIST or HITRUST standards)
