recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This position offers an

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior HR Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

● Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions
and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
● Assisting in maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
● Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as organizing employee
training sessions, coordinating performance reviews, and managing HR documentation.
● Assisting with employee relations matters, including resolving minor conflicts and
escalating issues to senior HR staff when necessary.
