Sr. Project Engineer

Dew Software is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of complex projects. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Manage project resources effectively to meet project goals
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or software development industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification is highly desirable
