    • Producers – about projects goals, elements, risks, obstacles, and solutions
    • Pitch Teams – as the lead on all pitches working deeply with Creative, Strategy, and Tech to develop winning and cost effective pitches
    • Department Leads – to scope, quote, problem solve and develop solutions that meet creative and client needs
    • Vendors - to help find the best fit for the project, negotiate scope, and kick projects off

About You

  • Experience producing and leading a variety of productions ranging from experiential, digital x physical, live events, and more.
  • Strong client facing skills to help sell in a solution, while upholding a healthy client relationship.
  • Experience leading and overseeing Producers across productions; providing the Producer a balance of autonomy and support.
  • A natural problem solver that can draft and execute a plan, especially with limited information.
  • You have an executional mindset and are comfortable working in the trenches while simultaneously inspiring and leading others.
