The Opportunity:
This is your opportunity to join Oracle Cloud in its next phase of hypergrowth. Our team builds and maintains the OCI Data Platform, a portfolio of managed services offering the most important Open Source projects Enterprises use to build their futures. This is the platform businesses use to build, migrate, maintain and operate the data assets powering their journey to AI on OCI.
Your role is to hypercharge our growth, connecting OCI with new customers and unlocking new use cases as we develop a world-class open data platform on par with other Cloud leaders.

Responsibilities:
Apply your creative energies to connect our services with new customers, unlock new use cases and raise our visibility across the industry.
- Maintain deep relationships with key customers to understand their business bottlenecks and how we can deliver meaningful value.
- Develop collateral such as technical and business white papers, success stories, data sheets, brochures, best practices and presentations.
- Work closely with Development to ensure our services deliver great experiences at industry-leading value.
- Work with Corporate and Field Marketing to clearly communicate the value of our services.
- Present at Oracle user group meetings, trade shows, customer sites, industry conferences, industry analyst meetings and at the Oracle Customer Visit Center.
Qualifications:
- BS / MS in a technical or communications field, or MBA with similar industry experience.
- 8+ years of product marketing or product management experience.
- Excellent written and communication / presentation skills.
- Experience dealing with a broad spectrum of IT audience – ranging from CTO/CIO to database/systems/network/storage administrators.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership and people management skills.
- A can-do attitude, with a focus on deliverables and deadlines.
- Expertise in data management or database technologies is a big plus.
This job involves travel on an as-needed basis.

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
