A leading healthcare system is seeking Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency department. This role is ideal for ER nurses looking to advance their careers while making a real impact in emergency care.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assess, plan, and implement care for ER patients in critical conditions
✔️ Administer medications & treatments according to physician orders
✔️ Perform diagnostic tests & interpret results to identify patient conditions
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
✔️ Provide education & support to patients and families during emergencies
✔️ Maintain patient records, compliance, & quality standards

📋 What You Need to Succeed

✅ 1+ Year of Acute Care ER Experience Required
✅ Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Required
✅ Compact RN License or FL RN License
✅ Certifications Required (or within 30 Days of Hire):

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
