Summary
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of reshaping our proprietary cloud services at Eagle Eye Networks. Imagine crafting and breathing life into a system that not only receives video streams but stores and retrieves them at an unprecedented scale. This is not just a job; it's a thrilling challenge that awaits a dynamic and highly skilled team.

Responsibilities

• Understand the service requirements of video storage and retrieval at scale
• Design and own a solution meeting the requirements
• Deliver and monitor production level service
• Great technical communication skills to share the proposed solutions with others
• Lead a small skilled team 

Experience

• Over 15 years of mastery in Linux application development within C programming environments.
• Proficient in architecting scalable distributed systems, employing event-driven multithreaded state machines using C.
• Proven knack for deciphering and refining existing code bases effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with small, elite teams.
• Familiarity with network and streaming transport protocols, including UDP, TCP, RTP/RTCP, RTSP.
• A profound understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems, aligning with your unparalleled expertise.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in code and service optimization, particularly in the realm of multimedia.
• Bonus points for fluency in Python and Lua, coupled with seamless integration with C.
