SRSMG has 19 clinic locations and over 700 board-certified primary care and specialty care providers located across San Diego communities. Position Details

• 100% Outpatient Practice
• Shared call across a large provider pool
• 4.5-day work week averaging 22 patients/day
• BC/BE in Pediatrics. Board certification required within 2 years of employment.
• New-born rounding at 1 Hospital: Sharp Mary Birch 

• Rounding 1 week at a time every 10 weeks
• Level III NICU
• Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group)
• Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns

• SIGN ON BONUS/FULL BENEFITS including PAID vacation, CME and Sick time off. 
• Starting base salary $230,000.00 with high long-term earning potential! Salary does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans
