HR Coordinator

You’ll get to work closely with our HR Team learning all aspects of HR. You’ll be supported by our HR leaders of 8+ years experience in the field. In this role you’ll learn and assist with Recruiting, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Basic HR Admin tasks and more!

What You’ll do:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and requests.
• Assist with processing of terminations.
• Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
• Assist with recruitment and interview process. Track status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
• Schedule meetings as requested by the VP of HR.
• Make photocopies; mail, scan and email documents; and perform other clerical functions.
• File documents into appropriate employee files.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Preferred) 

Experience: 

• 1 year experience in Human Resources (Preferred)  

Pay Range: 

• $58,000 to $70,000
