About the role

Think you’ve got an eye for detail and a drive that doesn’t quit?

Curious about what it’s like to manage the full lifecycle of capital markets transactions, from the first handshake to the final signature (and everything after)?

Ready to dive into a role where complexity isn’t a challenge, but a calling?

If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’re looking for someone like you to join our ILS Business and Product Management team and play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of complex capital markets transactions - from deal execution to post-close oversight.

About the Role

You will be a key connector across teams, helping ensure deals are executed smoothly, accurately recorded, and consistently maintained. Your coordination, operational insight, and curiosity will directly support our mission of delivering structured capital market solutions with precision and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end execution and monitoring of ILS and LHSS transactions
  • Managing trade capture, P&L attribution, payment scheduling, AML/KYC onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Maintaining operational procedures and documentation, ensuring clear and consistent execution standards
  • Managing a structured transaction database to support auditability and transparency
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation
  • Collaborating closely with structuring, legal, custodians, administrators, and internal control functions
  • Supporting product enhancements and client-facing tools such as ACP iLink

This role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple dimensions of business management, data integrity, and product innovation in a fast-evolving space.

About the Team

Our ACP Business Management team is part of Swiss Re’s Group Asset Management function. We sit at the intersection of structured finance, technology, and operations—supporting the ILS, Retro, and LHSS businesses across the full transaction lifecycle.

Our work touches everything from transaction execution to strategic product delivery, including platforms like ACP iLink. By combining financial acumen with operational excellence and a digital mindset, we help shape how Swiss Re delivers structured capital solutions to global clients.

About You

You are motivated by solving problems, navigating complexity, and contributing to both the operational and strategic sides of the business. With excellent organizational skills and attention to detail you successfully prioritize in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment!  And you enjoy working across teams and are comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with forward-looking improvement.

You’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or related fields
  • Experience in operations, compliance, banking/trust, or trade lifecycle management
  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to stakeholder coordination
  • Comfort working with Excel and database-driven platforms
  • Familiarity with ILS, SPVs, or private credit vehicles is a plus
  • Exposure to digital product delivery, including requirement gathering or user testing
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, or scripting for process automation

We are looking forward to your application!
