We are looking for our next Sr. Analyst-Forecasting, Planning and Analysis supporting the Enterprise Operations Team, in Fort Worth, TX. As a Sr. Analyst-Forecasting, Planning and Analysis you will be responsible for helping identify actionable insights that can influence decision-making. They will support Gross-to-Net forecasting processes to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to generate efficiencies, as well as price monitoring to influence annual pricing strategies with real-time market and industry intelligence. This role will also be responsible for the execution of consumer rebate strategies in partnership with both external vendors and internal stakeholders across operations, sales (field & strategic accounts), and marketing.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Develop models to support decision making processes
• Utilize analytics & forecasting techniques to drive analysis that results in actionable insights and recommendations that optimize business performance, revenue generation, and cost efficiency
• Prepare standard monthly reporting, develop & maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to monitor and communicate performance to leadership
• Support in ad hoc analysis, reporting, project management, and other areas as needed

What you’ll bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.+0 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to influence decision.
• Ability to demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
• Experience using Alteryx, Tableau, and similar data blending & visualization tools.
