Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Business Management Analyst to support one of our premier program area in the Space, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

This role will support the program area. As a key member of this Business Management team, this position will support the day-to-day program execution for the program management team and collaborate closely with various Program Managers, Customers, Leads, and other Cross-functional groups.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate agile metrics collection and dissemination to program and customers

  • Interface between customers and internal teams for identification of agile trends related to software development metrics

  • Conduct risk analysis and mitigation of programmatic challenges that may include special projects for shaping customer communication and program growth potential

  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing weekly, monthly metrics to ensure deliveries are met

  • Maintain detailed dashboards and reports on project performance, including status, milestones, resource allocation, budget, risks, and issues

  • Develop, execute, and maintain project plans, updating them to reflect changing requirements and priorities

  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions to support the program in driving continuous improvement

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and minimum 2 years of prior  relevant experience (to include: business/program management, finance, political science, etc)

  • Experience supporting US government customers

  • Experience developing process documentation (to include Standard Operating Procedures)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams

  • An active and transferable TS/SCI level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance (a Full Scope Poly level clearance will be required after onboarding to maintain program access)

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to facilitate teamwork across functions

  • Experience supporting project life cycle management principles, tools, and methodologies processes

  • Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile Methodologies knowledge

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

  • ​Results-driven with a focus on delivering quality outcomes

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
