This role is remote or hybrid, which would require three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.  

The Implementation Project Manager is a critical role responsible for the successful execution of client onboarding and implementation projects. This individual will manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. They will serve as the primary project representative, coordinating activities across internal teams and maintaining clear communication with client stakeholders. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management, ideally within the financial services or FinTech sector.


Here’s What You’ll Do:   

Project Leadership & Management

  • Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple active implementation projects within the Implementation Team's portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary project lead, coordinating all activities, resources, and tasks pursuant to the project plan.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
  • Facilitate regular project steering committee meetings, team stand-ups, and client-facing update sessions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
    • Act as the main point of contact for client project management teams, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
    • Liaise closely with internal teams, including Services, Product, Data, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Forward-Deployed Engineering, to align resources and resolve roadblocks.
    • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Delivery & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and align with the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW).
    • Oversee the transition from implementation to post-live client support, ensuring a smooth handoff.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the implementation methodology and project management best practices.


What You Bring to the Table:  

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementation or enterprise integration projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills with experience managing client expectations at various organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Data).
  • Familiarity with the wealth management industry, broker-dealer, or RIA operations is highly preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
    • Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Projects, Monday.com, SmartSheets).
    • Familiarity with Go
