Apply today!</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1><b>Job Details </b></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><p></p><p><span>The Diversion Control Investigator supports the Diversion Control Program through investigative research and other duties, as assigned.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Shift 8am - 5:00pm PT</b></p><p></p><p><b>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Assists in the implementation and operation of the Diversion Control Program.</p></li><li><p>Conducts investigative research via the Internet and public record databases.</p></li><li><p>Conducts Customer Due Diligence (DD) and Suspicious Order Monitoring (SOM) Investigations.</p></li><li><p>Monitors and adjusts customer OMP parameters, according to Diversion Control Program policy, as required.</p></li><li><p>Acts as liaison and maintains contact with Sales and Customer Maintenance departments regarding diversion control concerns, as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Acts as liaison with distribution center compliance teams.</p></li><li><p>Generates and reviews statistical data on a monthly basis, as directed.</p></li><li><p>Assists with DC pre-audit preparation and interviews with state and federal regulators</p></li><li><p>Assists with targeted, on-site pharmacy visits, as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Assists with internal associate training on the Diversion Control Program to other ABC business units, as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Thoroughly organizes and documents all investigative and due diligence process results for future retrieval pursuant to the request of regulatory authorities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with peers and directors to work through duties and expectations</p></li><li><p>Documents all work in a timely and organized fashion for future retrieval purposes.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel.</p></li><li><p>Performs related duties, as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Experience and Educational Requirements:</b></p><p></p><p>Requires broad training in fields such as criminal justice, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
