As we expand, we are adding a new role to our HR/Corporate team. We are seeking a Clinical Pre-boarding TA/Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, well-organized experience for new hires from offer acceptance through Day 1 by coordinating pre-boarding activities, communication, and cross-functional handoffs.

The Clinical Pre-boarding TA/Recruiting Coordinator ensures a smooth, well-organized experience for new hires from offer acceptance through Day 1 by coordinating pre-boarding activities, communication, and cross-functional handoffs.

What You Would Be Doing at Expressable
Serve as the single point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through Day 1, providing consistent communication and an excellent guided pre-boarding experience.
Coordinate all pre-boarding logistics across Talent Acquisition, Clinical Onboarding, HR, Credentialing & Licensing, and IT to ensure a smooth, streamlined transition.
Deliver a best-in-class new hire welcome by managing personalized communications and introductory resources prior to Day 1.
Lead pre-boarding technology setup sessions and proactively escalate access or technical issues to ensure onboarding readiness.
Track and maintain accurate new hire records, documentation, and statuses in internal systems.
Partner with Credentialing & Licensing to ensure licensure, health plan enrollment, and compliance requirements are completed on time.
Manage start date changes and complete required administrative tasks to maintain system accuracy and compliance.
Identify workflow gaps or delays and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and the new hire experience.
What You Bring to Expressable
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, HR operations, or a similar people operations role.
Experience supporting candidates or employees through pre-boarding or onboarding processes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and Compliance or Credentialing.
Experience in healthcare, clinical services or regulated environments preferred.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred but not required).
Strong working knowledge of digital document management, e-signature tools, and onboarding workflows.
Comfort facilitating virtual technology setup sessions and troubleshooting basic access issues.
High proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Airtable).
Strong attention to data accuracy and documentation standards across multiple systems.
