We are currently seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Senior Architect with a proven track record in residential design and managing the entire architectural process, from concept development to obtaining necessary city permits.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative and innovative residential design concepts that meet client requirements and comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with product designers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to validate and refine design concepts and ensure they are parametric for our software.
• Manage the process of obtaining necessary permits from city authorities, including preparing and submitting required documents, addressing concerns raised by the authorities, and making necessary revisions to the design plans.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
• Extensive experience in construction document preparation, including detailing and field observation.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in residential design.
• Proven experience in managing the entire architectural process, from concept development to obtaining necessary permits from city authorities.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketchup, Rhino, Enscape, VRay.
• Proactivity, self-starter attitude with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Professional registration as an Architect is preferred.
