South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a Public Areas Maintenance tech.  The ideal candidate will have general custodial experience and great customer service.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Essential duties include:

·         Maintains property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment through development and implementation of preventive maintenance program; ensures all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner and according to all specifications.·         Assists with the installation and modification of buildings equipment systems.·        Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment of unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.·         Performs other duties as assigned by manager.·         Work varied schedule including weekend and holidays.·         Integrity.
