Delivery Station Manager(Mandarin)

Title:  Delivery Station Manager #142411

Locations: San Diego, CA

Salary range: $60k-72k/year, Full time role

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.

Responsibility

• Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service. Under general supervision perform the following activities:
• Dispatches couriers for pickups and deliveries ensuring maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in service.
• Monitors and evaluates route loads to ensure balance of workload, flexibility of workforce

Qualifications

• Experience of DSP management;
• Solid ability on data analysis and spreadsheet;
