Mission:

 

Production Supervisor for the 3rd Shift of Antolin Shelby Operations (Night Shift 10:00pm – 6:00am)

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Motivate, coach, evaluate & counsel employees.
• Provide internal customer satisfaction, interacting with Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering and Materials on a daily basis.
• Enforce policies and procedures & offer discipline when necessary.
• Hold production lines accountable to ensure compliance with published schedules, tact times/hourly rates and quality standards.
• Reduce controllable downtime, participate in corrective action and process improvement meetings.
• Verify completion and accuracy of all production reporting.
• Ensure all production employees are properly trained and understand the work instructions, quality and safety procedures.

 

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

• A degree or equivalent automotive experience is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of previous manufacturing supervisor experience. 
• Familiarity with MRP systems & sequencing.
• Strong team building and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into useful information for decision-making.
• The ability to adapt to an ever-changing business environment and embrace new technologies and approaches.
