Under general supervision, provides professional legal support to the Business Integrity Office and Legal Department, including supporting investigations, including drafting interview outlines, participating in interviews, and drafting investigation reports, supporting Business Integrity Office program work, such as policy drafting and updates, maintaining and updating investigation and other trackers, conducting advanced legal research, supporting development of Business Integrity Office reports and communications, and other work to support the Business Integrity Office and Legal Department, as needed. May delegate tasks to others and/or perform legal tasks delegated by others. Also, likely to have direct contact with, and respond directly to business unit clients, outside counsel, and vendors. May be involved in helping others develop guidelines, policies or procedures and would have some authority to deviate from existing policies and procedures. May provide recommendations, guidance, and training on more advanced subject-matter topics to various levels of employees.
Role Requirements
- Typically a minimum 3-5 years legal experience with a law firm or corporate legal department or government entity
- ABA approved paralegal certificate or advanced degree from an accredited school with applicable work experience
- Strong research skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide analytical and consultative direction
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Capable of routinely working with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Demonstrated experience with review of complex legal documents and preparation of complex legal responses/documents at a paraprofessional level or higher
- Bi-lingual skills may be helpful

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $46,000-65,000 per year (part time), which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
