We are looking for a dedicated Site Maintenance Associate to ensure our facilities are always in top condition. As a Site Maintenance Associate, you will be crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our store and property. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping our store and property well-maintained.
- Ensuring the forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interiors are clean and presentable.
- Performing general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Managing waste disposal and ensuring the area remains tidy.
- Maintaining our Splash In car wash and vacuum systems.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with merchandising, stocking coolers, and handling deliveries.
- Contributing to team improvement and involvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
- Familiarity with hand and portable tools (power washer, sprayer, limited power tools)
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Maintenance-related fields
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Willingness to stand or be mobile for at least 6 hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
