The People Department partners with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own end-to-end new initiatives to develop and engage citizens at Trade Republic, aligned with business needs

• Partner with HRBPs and Leaders to roll out new projects that will support talent management strategies connected to Performance Reviews (Growth Plans, Portfolio of Actions to recognize employees)

• Co-own content research, design, development of training and facilitation of our internal programs such as Leadership Development and others

• Develop ‘Train the Trainer’ initiatives to develop HRBP and Leaders to become facilitators as well

• Develop new projects and initiatives with external partners (coaching, mentoring, assessments)

• Measuring effectiveness, KPIs and recommending improvements 

• Manage onboarding program and improvements to this process

• Manage Cycle Products currently in place, for improvements and efficiency (Performance Review and Feedback cycles, Calibration, Engagement Surveys, etc)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience of 4-5 years in a similar role (Learning & Development | Talent Management | Organisation Development)  

• Experience with Project Management 

• Experience in a hyper growth environment, with a high level of business acumen and ability to align own initiatives with company strategy and goals

• Strong sense for what’s in the best long term interest of the company and with that, the team

• Motivation to work as an individual contributor, comfortable developing recommendations for strategic projects and working autonomously

• Data-driven, able to analyse data, translate it into actionable steps and use it to tell a story

• Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise and organise
