Program Overview
Our 10-week Global Broking Summer Internship offers a dynamic immersion into the world of institutional trading and operations. Interns gain hands-on exposure to the full trade lifecycle—from client onboarding to trade capture to settlement—while rotating across desks and asset classes within the world’s largest interdealer broker.
You’ll be part of a cohort of 10–15 Global Broking interns, joining a broader group of interns from across the organization. This structure fosters cross-functional learning and creates opportunities to build lasting professional relationships.
Program dates: Tuesday, June 2 – Friday, August 7, 2026
Your Experience
As a Global Broking intern, your summer will be shaped by real exposure to the business. You’ll spend your days embedded on active trading desks, learning directly from brokers and product specialists across a range of asset classes, including Fixed Income, FX & MM, Equities, Derivatives, and Emerging Markets.
Your day-to-day will include:
Shadowing brokers during live trade execution; observing institutional price discovery in interdealer markets.
Working on a summer-long capstone project in a small group, guided by a senior mentor, culminating in a final presentation to our C-Suite and other stakeholders.
Practicing on student Bloomberg terminals to build fluency with market data and trading tools.
Contributing to desk-specific mini-projects that reflect each product’s unique focus.
Collaborating with peers on group initiatives and intern-led tasks.
Exploring other functions across the firm—from operations and compliance to post-trade services.
Participating in regular check-ins with the program coordinator for feedback and guidance.
Culture, Programming & Mentorship
We aim to create a summer experience that’s both professionally enriching and genuinely fun. Beyond the desk, interns participate in a minimum of three structured sessions per week, including:
Learning & Development Workshops
Volunteer and Community Engagement Events
Social and Networking Activities
Each intern is matched with a dedicated one-on-one mentor to support their development throughout the program. These mentors offer career advice, help navigate the firm, and serve as sounding boards for questions and ideas.
Capstone groups are also paired with senior leaders who provide strategic guidance throughout the project.
