  • Job Title: Vice President of Operations (Texas)
  • Location: Texas
    • Dallas, Waco, San Antonio, Houston
  • Hours: Monday- Friday | 8am-5pm |
    • Must be willing to travel throughout the state of Texas

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our branch operations. This key leadership role involves directing and coordinating activities across multiple departments, developing long-range goals, and ensuring that our teams are equipped to provide the highest standard of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans to support business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, process improvement, and operational scalability.
  • Own and manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets and budgets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, and operational expenses, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial forecasts and reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to optimize budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Develop performance metrics and track operational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provides consistent updates to leadership team and board of directors regarding operational metrics, financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration with enterprise senior leadership and departments, including outreach, billing, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement that promotes teamwork, professional growth, employee engagement and recognizes high performance.
  • Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction through process improvements and service enhancements.
  • Act as point of escalation for complex issues with patients, families and internal departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree in a health affiliated or business affiliated field
  • 15+ years of healthcare experience in a Payer, Health System, Home Health, Hospital, DME
  • 7+ years of managerial experience
  • Proven ability to drive, lead and communicate change effectively in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable within the changing environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents and present information effectively.
  • Motivate, mentor and influence others within your direct hierarchy and at various levels across the organization
