This is a pool position with intent to cover minimum of 32 hours per month, specifically weekend program at Aurora Medical Center Washington County. Further coverage for weekdays to be requested based on staffing needs.
Initial onboarding in first 3 weeks with orientation to company, hospital, and department including 1:1 support/mentorship until independent.
Eligible for additional $6.50 hourly premium along with $3 weekend differential

$41.10 - $61.65Major Responsibilities:
Interprets physician referrals, as appropriate, and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods.
Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts the individualized treatment plan based on the patient's response to treatment and provides status updates to physicians and other teammates.
