Aussie Pet Mobile of Greater Reno is hiring experienced pet groomers (2+ years) to join our founding team ahead of our official launch in August 2025. We’re a locally owned franchise committed to providing high-quality, stress-free grooming—right at our clients’ doorsteps. Our mission is simple: Deliver exceptional, one-on-one grooming experiences that pets love and groomers feel proud of. We’re building a business that values professionalism, positivity, and pet wellness—while offering groomers a place to thrive.
What We Offer
- Commission-based pay, depending on experience — with 100% of your tips
- Regular performance reviews and high earning potential
- Flexible scheduling — including 4-day full-time workweeks or 2- to 3- day part-time workweeks

- Provide luxury, cage-free grooming inside our mobile spa vans
- Focus on safety, comfort, and personalized care for every pet
- Work independently while supported by a local concierge and fleet team handling all logistics and scheduling
- Build strong relationships with loyal, recurring clients in the Greater Reno community
- Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
- High dog grooming standards, with an eye for detail and pet safety
- Exceptional customer service and compassionate dog care
- Cat grooming experience is a plus
- Reliable, friendly, and customer-focused
- Comfortable driving a mobile grooming van (we provide training!)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
