We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Fort Myers, FL.
Essential Duties include the following:
- Executive Assistant to the to the Employee Benefits Leader and Employee Benefits Service Leader
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
- Using various software, including word processing, excel, Teams and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
- Responsible for all travel arrangements, appointments, calendar updates, incoming mail, and phone calls for individuals listed above
- Expense reports for individuals listed above
- Send emails on EBL and EBSL behalf
- Handle all files, requests from corporate, confidential information, etc.
- Generate reports requested by EBL
- Maintain Corporate assistance files
- Arrange client and carrier meetings
- Procure office supplies and computer equipment
- Support the workplace and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high level of organizational effectiveness and safety
- Maintain inventory of fixed assets
- Obtain 2-15 Florida Insurance license
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required:
- High school diploma is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and oral communications
- Polished interpersonal skills and strong professionalism
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
