Job Description

Are you passionate about the world of digital marketing and e-commerce? Do you thrive in a B2B environment and have a special love for coffee? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Digital Specialist with focus on B2B e-commerce to join our team.
As a leading provider of B2B coffee solutions, we are dedicated to deliver exceptional coffee experiences to businesses across the Nordics. You will work in close cooperation with great colleagues in the Copenhagen office as well as together with the local marketing teams based in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

You will be responsible for developing innovative digital customer experiences that engage and attract our audience through all digital channels. You will own our e-commerce channels from beginning to end — from testing, monitoring and continuous improvement to launching new initiatives in cooperation with our Global team and continuously improving the experience for our customers by enhancing content, design and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and optimization of our B2B Webshops in Denmark and Norway
• Own the creation and day-to-day operations of our digital platform
• Optimize and development of our automated marketing journeys
• Management and maintenance of our websites across Nordics
• Coordinate the perfect execution of the JDE eCommerce strategy by building a collaborative and winning relationship with local stakeholders in the markets.
• Monitor KPIs and use analytic tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Manage and setup of tracking, reporting and dashboards for monitoring commercial impact and ROI
• Debrief of internal stakeholders on results and best practice cases
• Collaborate closely with segment marketing teams and sales to deliver upon local growth drivers and customer segment strategies

Qualifications

As the ideal candidate you have experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in a B2B setting.
You are customer centric and data-driven, collaborative and curious by nature and passionate about delivering results.

Further to that, we expect you to have:

• Experience in digital marketing in B2B customer segment
• Experience in maintaining eCommerce and commercial structures
• CMS experience (Salesforce is an advantage)
• Technical knowledge/understanding
• Experience and proven results from managing and driving digital journeys in the B2B market landscape
• Passion and in-depth knowledge of the digital landscape and online trends 
• Takes ownership of given responsibilities and delivers.
• Build winning partnerships and manages stakeholders effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing and “can do” attitude in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Fluency in either Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish and English
