Role Summary:

As a Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of the development team, driving the design, implementation, and enhancement of cutting-edge technology solutions. Your role involves technical leadership and hands-on development across front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Proficiency in modern technology stacks, including:

• Front-end: React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent.
• Back-end: Node.js, Java, Python/Django, or equivalent.
• Database: DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS .
• DevOps: EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform.
• Microservices: Design and implementation experience on Red Hat Openshift
• Middleware : TIBCO BE
• API development and integration (REST, GraphQL).

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, ensuring optimal productivity and professional growth.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Technical Expertise

• Act as the go-to technical expert for the team, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Contribute to the development and review of technical solutions and codebases.

Project Execution

• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Ensure the team adheres to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.

Technology Stack Implementation

• Guide the team in adopting and implementing modern technology stacks (e.g., front-end, back-end, databases, cloud solutions, and DevOps tools).
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant technologies.

Quality Assurance

• Oversee testing, deployment, and maintenance of systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in code quality, processes, and team skills.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a bridge between the team and management, ensuring alignment of goals and clear communication.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Technical Skills:
