Job Description:
"Life BPS OPS:1. This Backfill position is for Rajeev Kumar (Empid :1507388 , LWd 01-Sep-24), as he is moving to different team/role within DxC.
2. This is a leveraged position and the resource would handle the operational activities for all Life and wealth BPS clients.
3. This position is responsible for managing L&W BPS Consumer and DOI complaints processing, Compliance activities, Risk Management, handling Subpoenas and legal requests, compliance Audits, Market Conduct Exam, compliance change controls and other duties that must be monitored and reported back to the client.
4. SLA Description - Complaints, Compliance, Risk Management , SLA Target: 99% within 10 days SLA Actuals: 100%. Penalty Dollars: No Penalties paid in the last 3 months "
