Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Join us at the heart of our business in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate the delivery of priority skills and capability initiatives, supporting smooth planning, communication and day-to-day execution.
- Turn priority skills into clear plans, including target groups, outcomes, timelines and milestones.
- Help shape and improve learning journeys, materials and tools so they are practical, accessible and easy to use.
- Bring in external ideas and good practice to keep the offer up to date and relevant.
- Support a positive learner and stakeholder experience through clear communication, well-managed logistics and responsive support.
- Coordinate the learner journey, including onboarding, accessibility support and feedback, to encourage participation and completion.
- Support the roll-out and lead delivery of skills and capability programmes as required.
- Track and share insights on participation, completion and outcomes, using this to highlight improvements and next steps.
You may also support one or more of the following:
- Coordination of organisation-wide mandatory learning, including roll-out, completion tracking and assurance activities.
- Ongoing improvement of digital learning platforms and tools, ensuring high quality user experience.
- Delivery of onboarding learning, helping to create a consistent and supportive induction experience for new joiners.
Who you are
- You have experience supporting or delivering skills, learning or capability initiatives.
- You bring a good understanding of skills frameworks and how they can be applied in a practical, user-friendly way.
