🎯 Mission & Core Purpose

Your mission is to accelerate iubenda’s pipeline and revenue by orchestrating high-impact, account-centric marketing programs across our key markets. You’ll generate, influence, and accelerate opportunities by combining strategic ABM plays, localized field experiences, and cross-channel partnerships, ensuring our highest-value prospects are engaged and ready to buy.

As our Senior ABM Manager, you will own how iubenda shows up for strategic accounts and priority verticals across EMEA and beyond. You’ll be the connector between Marketing, Sales, and Product, building personalized, data-driven experiences that turn prospects into long-term partners.

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs for high-value accounts and vertical segments.
  • Build personalized journeys using insights, intent data, and buying signals across HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other ABM tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account selection, playbooks, messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Create tailored content, landing pages, and multi-touch campaigns that support every stage of the deal cycle.
  • Monitor account engagement, pipeline influence, and program ROI, optimizing based on performance.

- Field Marketing & Events

  • Plan and deliver webinars and roundtables across Europe.
  • Own logistics, vendor management, budget, and promotion for field activities.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure event follow-up, lead progression, and measurable revenue contribution.
  • Represent iubenda at selected industry conferences and manage sponsorships, speaking slots, and booth strategy.

- Cross-Channel Campaigns & Revenue Support

  • Build integrated campaigns across email, performance marketing (LinkedIn), webinars, direct mail, and content, tailored to target accounts and personas.
  • Support Sales with ABM toolkits, outreach sequences, competitive briefs, and conversion-focused materials.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure consistent nurture and expansion journeys for ABM accounts.

- Analytics & Reporting

  • Define ABM and field marketing KPIs; build dashboards to track engagement, pipeline creation, velocity, and influenced revenue.
  • Analyze account-level buying behaviors and intent to guide campaign strategy.
  • Provide ongoing reporting to Sales and leadership on program performance and insights
