Property Sales Manager - Zamboanga City

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Promote and offer all current residential products of FLI
2. Recruit and train property specialists
3. Manage day-to-day sales activities of the team
4. Ensure smooth implementation of sales policy
5. Ensures achievement of the team's sales target
6. Identify effective selling activities to support sales consultants
7. Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
8. Meet the set sales quota of the company
9. Report directly to the Sales Director
10. Ensures achievement of the team's sales target

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course
2. With more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
3. Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
4. With a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salespeople upon joining
5. Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
