• Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
• Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

We are hiring for the position of Sr Manager, General Accounting located in Brentwood, Tennessee.

 

Job Summary

This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Director of Accounting by overseeing accounting operations across out refining segment. Building and nurturing relationships across our four refineries and corporate office to ensure alignment with reporting requirements and deliver ongoing support and value. Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules. Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. Provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget. Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports. Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.
