We’re seeking a dependable On-Call Caregiver to provide personal assistance and support to residents at Pitzer Lodge, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in a warm, home-like environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, mobility, and meal support.

• Respond promptly to call lights and other resident needs.

• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition.

• Build meaningful relationships to promote a supportive, homelike atmosphere.

• Support team initiatives, safety practices, and quality care standards.

• Assist in dining, activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine concern and compassion for older adults.

• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

• Reliable, professional, and flexible for on-call shifts.

• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred.

• Maintain current CA Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.

• Maintain a current first aid card.
