Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Business Enablement Salesforce Engineering Team. This role offers the opportunity to enhance and support existing Salesforce solutions and develop new ones for our business partners. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, further developing your skills and contributing to projects that integrate advanced technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

• Provide production system support for end-users, applications, platforms, and network services.
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain and support various applications including Application Extender, LOV tool, and Work Management System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert in project-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices for system maintenance and security.
• Provide after-hours support as needed to address critical production issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in providing production support for enterprise applications and network services.
• Strong technical skills in managing and troubleshooting applications and infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and manage complex project requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
