Position - Maintenance Technician II - Fulltime

AGPM, LLC (property owner) is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician II to support maintenance operations at Ridgewalk Apartments. Affordable luxury is available at Ridgewalk in Woodstock, GA. Requirements

Job Requirements

- 2 years Apartment or similar Maintenance Technician experience.

- EPA Certified.

- Valid Driver’s License.

- Ability to rotate on call 24/7/365. 

- Ability to lift or move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs. 

- CPO preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the completion of preventative maintenance, work orders (either interior or exterior), unit turns, ground maintenance and / or any other property task assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, Office team. Responsible for the repair of HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry.
