Responsibilities

Team Introduction
We are responsible for the R&D, procurement, planning, and delivery of infrastructure of global data centers, servers, networks, and CDN. Our mission is to provide efficient, stable, and scalable infrastructure for the company's business growth.

Job Responsibilities
1. Product Planning & Design: Define product roadmaps and iteration plans covering the full lifecycle of infrastructure resources (servers, networks, data centers, rack spaces, etc.) across planning, procurement, production, warehousing, logistics, and construction progress. Clarify product positioning, outline core functional modules, lead prototype design, and deliver accurate product design documentation.
2. Requirement Communication: Collaborate with business teams to collect and analyze resource delivery product requirements (e.g., server selection, rack space needs, power consumptions), translate them into platform features, and maintain requirement documentation to drive implementation.
3. Product Optimization & Innovation: Optimize platform resource utilization and delivery efficiency through user feedback and data analysis. Research industry trends propose innovative and optimized solutions to enhance product competitiveness.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure the delivery of requirements and key projects.
5. Product Roll-out & Lifecycle Management: Driving continuous product optimization and iteration through data analysis and user training. Take full ownership of the product lifecycle to enhance product value and user experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in computer science and engineering, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related fields preferred.
2. 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in IDC data center infrastructure products or project delivery.
3. Proficient in prototyping tools (e.g., Axure) and data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, BI Tools, etc.). Understanding of IDC technical architectures and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong requirements analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated learning agility, innovative mindset, logical thinking, and excellent documentation skills.
2. Self-motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments, multi-time zone work, and passionate about IDC product development. Strong drive for achievement and commitment to excellence.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
