What You'll Do:

As the VP of Product Management, you will own the product vision and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver great products for our clients, from conception to release and ongoing support. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to our growing product team. Your responsibilities will include:

? Product Management: Drive the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements and development, through product launch. Lead a structured process for prioritizing and sequencing new product and feature requests. 

? Engineering Partner: Develop business requirements for new products and features, and work closely with the engineering team as they define technical specifications.

? Partner Management: Identify and assess external partners as needed, manage partner relationships.

? Enterprise Support: Lead training of internal stakeholders on new products and provide ongoing product support. Create product strategy documents to describe business cases, requirements, revenue and ROI models.

? Collaboration and Influence: Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to catalyze product innovation, ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of top-tier software features.

Who You Are:

? 7+ years of product management experience 

? Expertise in the marketing technology, advertising technology, and marketing data industries

? Demonstrated success defining and launching successful products for marketers or agencies

? Expert in soliciting and documenting business requirements

? Able to assess competitive landscape to inform product requirements and priority

? Experience managing and prioritizing a product roadmap with competing stakeholders 

? Familiarity with agile product development, such as Scrum and Kanban

? Ability to synthesize information and see the big picture while effectively managing details

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box

? Ability to influence cross-functional teams

? Commitment to working collaboratively with stakeholders such as business units, clients, partners, and executive teams.

? Enthusiasm for a dynamic work setting, fulfilling various roles as needed.
