About the role

What You'll Do

We are seeking a Staff-level, AI-first Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across our Sales and CPQ/Finance systems landscape. This is a senior individual contributor role with enterprise-wide influence, reporting to the VP of Business Technology. You will be the single point of accountability for a portfolio of high-impact Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) initiatives spanning Salesforce (Salesforce Billing, CPQ) and NetSuite, as well as the surrounding integrations that power our revenue engine.

You will partner daily with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Business Systems, and Engineering to translate business needs into executable plans and ship them. As an AI-first TPM, you will use AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements, status, risk detection, and decision support—and actively identify where AI and automation can be embedded into the Q2C process itself.

While this is an IC role, you are a senior voice in the PMO guild: you raise the craft bar by modeling excellent program execution, contributing to shared playbooks and standards, and engaging in peer review and informal knowledge-sharing across the TPM community. The ideal candidate has shipped complex Q2C programs end-to-end, is fluent in enterprise SaaS architectures, and thrives in the details of CPQ, billing, and revenue without losing the executive thread.

This is a remote opportunity. #LI-Remote

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

Program Ownership – Q2C & Finance Systems

  • Own end-to-end delivery of programs across the Sales and CPQ/Finance systems portfolio—from intake and scoping through launch, hypercare, and value realization.
  • Lead complex Quote-to-Cash programs spanning CPQ, order management, contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals, coordinating work across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), NetSuite, and integration layers.
  • Drive requirements, design reviews, build, test (including UAT), cutover, and go-live across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical path, risks, and issues; make trade-off recommendations with clear data and options.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Business Systems to ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with the enterprise data and systems strategy.
  • Ensure compliance and auditability for revenue-impacting programs in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Security (e.g., ASC 606, SOX, data privacy).

AI-First Execution

  • Operate as an AI-first TPM: use AI tools for requirements synthesis, meeting and decision capture, status rollups, risk detection, test case generation, and executive communication.
  • Proactively identify where AI, automation, and agentic workflows can be embedded into the Q2C process itself—deal desk, quoting, approvals, contract review, billing exceptions, collections—and shepherd those use cases from idea to production.
  • Evaluate AI-enabled features from Salesforce, NetSuite, and adjacent vendors; pressure-test vendor claims and drive pilots with clear success metrics.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Data Governance on responsible AI adoption—data handling, human-in-the-loop review, auditability, and vendor risk—for any AI introduced into the revenue stack.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the trusted program partner for Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal leaders; translate between business intent and technical execution.
  • Run program-level governance: steering committees, working sessions, status reviews, and executive updates with crisp narratives and clear asks.
  • Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to executives in plain language, backed by data; escalate early and with recommended paths forward.

Contribution to the TPM Guild

  • Serve as a senior practitioner and active contributor to the PMO guild—sharing what's working, codifying hard-won patterns into reusable playbooks, and elevating the craft across the broader TPM community.
  • Participate in peer review of program plans and executive narratives; provide candid, constructive feedback to fellow TPMs working on Q2C and enterprise systems programs.
  • Contribute to and evolve shared PMO standards, templates, and playbooks (intake, RAID, release readiness, exec comms) so the whole team benefits from proven patterns.
